In Vivo Use

- Block
- To a 50ml tube add 1.6ml of fat-free milk (made by dissolving 1g of Carnation skim milk powder in 9g of PBS.)
- Add 0.4ml of desired serum (mouse, rat, goat, etc.).
- Add 6ml of antibody carrier.
- Refrigerate and store for no more than 2-3 weeks.
