In Vivo Use
10x PBS
10x PBS (Dulbecco's phosphate buffered saline) with 100µM thimerosal
- Slowly add 96.5g of Sigma D-5773 to 950ml of filtered water while stirring continuously in a calibrated 1L beaker.
- Add 0.041g of Sigma T-5125 (thimerosal). Use care, toxic chemical.
- Sodium Azide?
- Top off beaker to the 1L level.
- Filter
